How do I see myself as a teacher?

I see myself as a structured teacher knowing what he wants to achieve and setting goals and due dates to achieve it. I will be a very formal and well dressed teacher for I believe that you dress the way you want to be addressed. The school is a very professional and formal platform. How you act and react will have an impact on how the learners will look up to you. I can bet on it that I will not be the learners favorite educator because I am very strict in the classroom and choose to keep it that way. It sets boundaries that there is space between the educator and the learner. A professional environment created to ensure healthy education and respect from both the learner and educator.
